The hotel is new, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yasmeen from the front desk. Mirna from guest relations. Mohammed Rajab housekeeping supervisor. Yousef and Tamer from the restaurant Breakfast restaurant is very good with view on Nile river Rooms are specious. Very good quality of bedding and towels.

The hotel is Amazing from A to Z brand new building modern decoration very nice furnture huge lobby very big bathroom and room Amazing friendly staff nice swimming pool But 🔴Need more green plants and flower bed near the pool 🔴 the outdoor area is just a concrete need more natural life feeling Location is good perfect security nice coffee shop and bar , very very clean , excellent shower and bathtub The hotel need to put fly killer spray in each room Landry needs to send back the clothes to the room without follow up and phone calls from the guest.

The hotel was new and modern with lovely spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly making it a really experience. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we had room service once taht was delivered quickly and was warm. The pool was quiet and no issues getting a sunbed.

Our stay at Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. A very special thank you to Nada from Guest Relations, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. She checked us in directly from the Guest Relations desk, gave us a wonderful upgrade to a room with breathtaking views of the Nile, allowed us an early check-in, offered us refreshments upon arrival, and arranged a late check-out on our departure day. Nada truly made us feel at home — she was simply outstanding and deserves to be recognized for her incredible service.♥️

What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff, particularly Nada Khaled, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Modern & clean hotel with the most attentive and lovely staff. Great rooms and good lunch & dinner options & a great gym & facilities. The hotel surpassed expectations. One night there was an Arsenal game on and the staff were only to happy yo go out of their way and set up a huge projector screen outside in the hotel so that we had a private viewing. It was fantastic and they did it so quickly and were great.

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed. The circular lobby is stunning and pleasant. The room is well equipped, very clean, and features a large bathtub suitable for tall guests. The staff are professional and attentive. The breakfast is excellent.

Very clean and well decorated property, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, attending to every detail and very polite, had a very nice encounter with reception person called Saif, very polite and professional in handling my booking, surprisingly next day not only he remembered me but also remembered my name and addressed me personally ,, highly recommend the place
